Thursday to Sunday, I was blessed to take my first level of Craniosacral Therapy! Some of this was new to me, but other parts explained things I was already feeling on my clients!! I first experienced CST when 8 years ago when Paisley was a baby. It has been something that resonated with me from the start and I’m so thrilled to be training in this modality. When I say it has been life changing for me, I am not exaggerating… and I cannot wait for my clients to experience Craniosacral Therapy for themselves and see what might shift!
